Whether you are a seasoned cottager or experiencing cottage life for the first time we hope you enjoy your stay with us. Some of our policies are outlined below to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Housekeeping:

As this is someone’s vacation home we expect that you leave the property (inside and outside) in the same condition as you found it. We have supplied cleaning supplies and equipment to make your task as easy as possible or you can contact our housekeeping service prior to your rental to arrange for the cottages to be cleaned.

Neighbors:

Many of our neighbors are a mixture of cottage and permanent residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and right to enjoyment of our neighbors during your stay. We ask that you keep excessive noise down before 9:00am and after 10:00pm. Please use common sense and observe norms of good conduct.
 
Smoking Policy:  

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the cottages or garage.

Telephone Usage:

All telephones in the cottages have long distance blocks so local calls only. If you need to make a long distance call, a calling card with an 800 access number will be required or cell phone.  

Parking:

Our driveway can accomadate 5 or 6 cars depending on size. There is additional parking available near the government dock or by the beach. Each is about a 30 second walk from the cottage.
