 RESERVATIONS
AND PAYMENTS |
As we are fully booked every year, make your reservations early!!!
July and August are weekly rentals for both cottages only.
How to make your reservation:
1. Check Availability Calendar for
your desired time
2. Send us an email to hold your booking for 7 days.
3. Once your reservation has been confirmed, please complete the
Weekly
Rental Agreement or Week-end Rental
Agreement and submit by fax, email or mail to hold
your reservation.
4 . If submitting the rental agreement by fax or email, your deposit
(50% of the rental rate) must be received within 7 days. If you
are mailing your rental agreement, your deposit must be included
and received within 7 days.
5. The balance of the rental rate and $500 security deposit must
be received 30 days prior to occupancy.
6. If booking the cottage less than 30 days in advance, the full
rental rate and $500 security deposit must be paid by certified
cheque or money order.

| BOTH COTTAGES:
$2650 per week during July & August
$1500 per week, May, June, Sept, Oct
$1500 per weekend, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving
$1000 per weekend, May, June, Sept, Oct
MAIN COTTAGE ONLY:
$1100 per week, May, June, Sept, Oct
$1300 per weekend, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving
$900 per weekend, May, June, Sept, Oct
PAYMENTS:
50% Non-Refundable deposit required at time of booking
Balance due 4 weeks prior to occupancy
$500 Security deposit required with final payment
PAYMENT METHODS: Cheque, Cash, Certified Cheque, Money Order
Weekly Rental:
Check-in is 3:00pm Saturday - Check-out is 10:30am the following
Saturday
Week-end Rental:
Check-in is 12:00 Friday - Check-out is 8:00pm Sunday
Long Weekend: Check-in
is 12:00 Friday - Check-out is 8:00pm Monday
